Becoming a resident in our community is a straightforward process, but there are several important requirements to keep in mind.

Please note that we do not sell or own the mobile homes—our community consists of lot rentals only. To become a resident, you must either:

  • Purchase a mobile home currently for sale within the community, or

  • Bring in your own mobile home to place on an available lot
(Please see our Trailers and Available Lots section for current options.)

Before finalizing any purchase or move-in plans, all prospective residents must complete an application and receive approval from management. Approval is based in part on meeting our minimum credit score requirements.

All adults (18 years and older) who will be living in the home are required to submit an application and be approved. This ensures that all occupants meet community standards and lease requirements.

Important:
Do not purchase a mobile home before submitting an application and receiving approval. Purchasing a home without approval may result in denial of residency and could lead to eviction proceedings if minimum requirements are not met.

Please also be aware that subletting or renting out mobile homes within the community is strictly prohibited. All homes must be owner-occupied by approved residents listed on the lease.

We strongly encourage all interested applicants to contact the office with any questions before beginning the process. Our team is happy to guide you every step of the way and help ensure a smooth transition into the community.
